    Meet Our Team

    At Long & Co., we’re a team of chartered surveyors, RICS registered valuers, customer care consultants and PSRA licence holders. The company was founded by Ronán Long, MRICS MSCSI RV BComm NUI, who formerly served in the Irish Defence Forces and places his values of integrity, relationship building and diligence at the forefront of Long & Co’s services. The team includes Thomas Glavey, B.Sc. MRICS MSCSI RV, who is a member of SCSI since 1998, a RICS-qualified chartered surveyor and valuer and a PSRA licence (A-D) holder. Similarly, Martina Cullen has over 15 years of experience in the property sector and is qualified to meet the needs of landlords and tenants alike. Regularly dealing with The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), Martina stays up to date on legislative changes and undertakes property sales for Long & Co. At the heart of operations is Aisling Steede, our office administrator who is a qualified operations engineer and sports therapist.
    Combined, the Long & Co. team possesses a level of housing market knowledge that sets us apart, knowledge you can rely on and benefit from in turn.
